12hr flight journey...

Things to take note :

- Take your shoes off, get comfortable as it'll be a long ride.

- You can swell for not moving around too often so walk around the plane and do some stretching, let your blood circulate.

- Talk to the people beside you. Chances are, they're as bored as you are. There are some really interesting people on transcontinental flights.

- Put on some facial/body lotion before the flight or do mask etc in order to keep ur skin moist.

- Window seat will be good. (i choose de window seats =P)

- Noise-canceling earphones and around-the-neck pillow. With these, you can zone out and ignore the trials of air travel.

- Bring a couple of books (not too heavy) that you know will take you at least a round-trip to complete.

- An mp3 player to keep you occupied as and when.

- Treat it like a normal day, break it down in time blocks, first doing reading, then breaking for a meal, then a nap, then watching a movie, slp etc.

- One other thing -- maybe it's common sense, always make sure to wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers cos u never know what the temperature is going to be on a plane. Sometimes it's stuffy and hot; sometimes it's too cold.

- Lastly , Don't think about the time. It will pass regardless. Don't dwell on the seconds - just enjoy the ride!

***thank you***
