(Add on updates: i took raffles medical hospital service, which is satisfying. much better than healthway & other hospital in terms of efficiency, de duration they response & whether is there any customer service, best with 24hrs & de phone is contactable etc)

Another year older... not only feeling old, fat & ugly. My health seems getting worser or i am just being paranoid? Well, i think health check is a must, consider my 1st health check cos i didnt have any insurance that covers me FREE health screening.
